Comment by Paul Collins on June 26, 2012 at 9:55pm Hi
Our main app, School Writing for iPad went to number 1 in education in Australia, 3 days after its release. I have a few free codes to give away, just respond to this comment.

Comment by Katrina-Lee Jones on June 2, 2011 at 12:24pm Just released educational app on the periodic table. More of an introductory tool for learners, covers elements, properties and uses. It is free and supports other more informative apps out there on this topic.

Interested in any feedback on this and suggestions for subsequent releases
Comment by Deon Scanlon on April 15, 2011 at 10:57pm The education category is a red herring... anything can be classed as educational - I would love to know how iTunes monitors this - if at all!
I usually keep my eye on Twitter hashtags #iear #edapp #slide2learn #mlearning. There are good things posted pretty much daily in these searches.
Comment by Greg Swanson on April 15, 2011 at 10:50pm One of the hardest thing with using the iPad in the classroom is finding the time to go through all of the apps in the iTunes Store listed under the education banner. We have started to list some of the apps we've found under each of the Key Learning Areas. Please check and see if any are useful for your classroom.

This is a discussion through Classroom 2.0 I started for Culbreth's 1:1 iPod touch program in 2008. The discussion has been running for over two years as we've moved to a full 24/7 deployment. Please read and join the conversation!
